The information given to prospective customer concerning the description of the villas and their furniture are given on the basis of indications given by the owner and the visit of Greekvillas. They are supported by photographs presented in the website of Greekvillas.
Greekvillas have taken care to ensure published information and prices are accurate, but if Greekvillas identify an error or omission following publication, Greekvillas will inform the Customer before confirming the Customer's booking.
The revised information will then form part of the Contract. If an error or omission is discovered after the Customer's booking is made, Greekvillas will try to advise the Customer prior to their arrival at the Accommodation. There may however be occasions when an advertised facility is either modified or not available. The Contract between Greekvillas and the Customer is based solely on the Website.
General and unlabelled pictures are understood to illustrate an aspect or the region or the country, and not to have any specific connection with any Accommodation featured on the same or other pages. Furniture may sometimes vary from Website pictures due to refurbishment
Confirmation and payment
When the Customer wishes to make a reservation of a villa, the Customer will be required to complete a booking request via the Website. Once Greekvillas, receive the enquiry form they shall check the Accommodation's availability with the owner and confirm availability with the Customer. Once availability is confirmed, Greekvillas will send the customer an email for a reservation process
The reservation will be confirmed when the Customer send to Greekvillas the advance payment requested for the specific period of stay. For the reservation of the villas an advance payment of 30% is requested.
If the reservation is requested less than 31 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the confirmation is firm only when the total amount is paid. The Customer should pay the rest of the amount agreed for the rental period at least 35 days before the beginning of his stay at the villa. The Customer who will not have paid the remaining of the total amount at the agreed date will receive a reminder by mail. If there is no response, Greekvillas will consider that the reservation is invalid, and the advance payment will be retained.
The client will be also informed by email of all details necessary on how to arrive at the villa, the expected date and time of their arrival, the person who is going to receive them and in certain cases whether they will be received at the airport or at the port of their destination.
At the moment of the settlement of the total amount the client should also send to the account of Greekvillas a deposit and stipulated in the short term rental agreement. This is to cover any damage or excessive wear and tear caused by the client to the property or is contents and discovered by Greekvillas and / or the owner when the client vacates the property. The security deposit will be returned to the client within 20 working Days from the date of his / her departure if there are nof damages.
If the owner has to make changes to the accommodation and the owner reserves the right to do so at any time. The owner also reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel the accommodation. If the owner is unable to provide the accommodation, the Customer will receive the entire amount returned.
If the Customer cancel, any cancellation should be notified by email to Greekvillas. For cancellation up to 31 days before the beginning of the renting period, Greekvillas will retain the advance payment of 30 % of the total amount. For cancellations that is less than 31 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, Greekvillas will retain the 100% of the amount In case of non- presentation or of early departure, there will be no reimbursement.
Customer are advised to take an insurance to cover any eventual cancellation or early departure When the payment is done via credit card, any reimbursements should be done to the same credit card as where the payment came from.
Accommodation is reserved exclusively for the number of people stated on the booking confirmation form and no other persons are permitted to stay at the Accommodation unless this has been agreed with the Owner.
The Customer is obligated to occupy the villa appropriately, keep it clean, avoid damage to the property, furniture, electrical appliances and utensils.
During his stay, the Customer is fully responsible for the villa. The customer must ensure that all potential fire hazards are extinguished when the customer goes out or lies down.
Should the Customer be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage of any item of the property or if additional cleaning has been necessary. Any damage caused by the customer will be covered by the security deposit. If the damage is greater than the deposit, the customer is responsible for additional claims.
Neither the Owner nor Greekvillas claim that any Accommodation is totally child friendly or safe and care should always be taken, especially around the pool area with supervision being given to children at all times. Some Accommodation is better suited than others for young children and the less mobile. The Customer should fully investigate the suitability of the Accommodation before booking. The care and safety of the members of the Customer's group is the Customer's responsibility.
The Accommodation is for normal holiday use only and pets/animals are not allowed.
The customer must arrive on the agreed date and time. In all cases, the conditions in each destination of the schedules of planes and boats will be taken into account for the estimated time of arrival.
In case of delay, the client must immediately inform the person in charge of receiving them at the villa. In some cases of early arrival, guests may be asked to wait for the house to be ready. The customer is requested to comply with these instructions. Otherwise, Greekvillas cannot be held responsible if the villa is not available at the scheduled time.
Clients should be covered by their insurance for any accidents to their persons and any other holiday risks. Owners are not an cannot be held responsible for accidents caused due to the negligence and / or lack of attention of the clients in the grounds of the property (garden, swimming pool, etc.)
